Know the same evening when fuel goes missing.
Pyattson & Co checks your station's daily dips, pump readings and deliveries, and sends you a short WhatsApp message saying whether the fuel adds up.
How it works
No new equipment. No new app.
- 01Send a photo of the day's page
Your manager sends a photo of the notebook page with the opening dip, deliveries, pump meter readings and closing dip, the records you already keep.
- 02We check the numbers
We read the page, confirm the readings with the sender, then compare the fuel that left each tank with what the pumps say was sold.
- 03You get the result on WhatsApp
A short message every evening, with a clear warning when fuel is missing or a delivery wasn't recorded, and a weekly summary with the value in shillings.
An example day
What the check looks at
| PMS · Tank 1 | Litres |
|---|---|
| Opening dip | 10,575 |
| Delivered | 0 |
| Sold (pump meters) | 3,200 |
| Expected closing | 7,375 |
| Closing dip | 7,085 |
| Difference | −290 |
expected closing = opening + delivered − sold
Pyattson & Co
🛑 14 Oct, Tank 1 (PMS): 290 litres missing. Please check the shift records.
Example figures for illustration. Small differences from heat and measuring are expected and are not flagged.
Who it's for
Independent petrol stations in Kenya
- Owners who aren't on site
- See every evening whether the fuel adds up, without waiting for the end-of-month count.
- Stations that record by hand
- Works with dipsticks and a notebook. No tank sensors needed to start.
- Petrol and diesel
- PMS and AGO tanks are checked separately.
We are starting with a small number of pilot stations, with visits in Kenya from January 2027.

Your records stay yours
We use the photos and readings a station sends only to run its fuel checks and send its messages. We don't sell or share them, and we delete a station's records on request.
